| 摘 要： | 供体细胞种类对牛卵母细胞核移植效果影响的研究结果表明,颗粒细胞的核移植效果与成年牛成纤维细胞无显著差异(19.8%vs 17.3%,P>0.05);胎牛成纤维细胞核移植囊胚发育率高于成年牛成纤维细胞(24.2%vs 14.0%,P<0.05);血清饥饿处理的胎牛成纤维细胞(休眠细胞)与高血清培养(非休眠细胞)的胎牛成纤维细胞核移植效果差异不显著(18.8%vs 18.6%,P>0.05),表明胎牛成纤维细胞血清饥饿处理没有必要。

| Abstract: | Effects of donor cell type on bovine somatic cell nuclear transfer(NT) were examined.The NT efficiency of granulose cells was not different from that of adult fibroblasts(19.8% vs 17.3%,P>0.05).But the blastocyst yield of NT embryos derived from fetal fibroblasts was higher than adult fibroblasts(24.2% vs 14.0%,P<0.05).In addition,serum starvation did not affect the NT efficiency of fetal fibroblasts(18.8% vs 18.6%,P>0.05). |
