4个罗非鱼群体遗传多样性的RAPD分析

采用50个随机引物对奥利亚罗非鱼（Oreochromis aureus）和3个尼罗罗非鱼（Oreochromis niloticus）群体即无锡品系、埃及品系和吉富品系进行RAPD分析，共筛选出13个重复性好的引物，其中引物S1255扩增的2500bp片段具有群体特异性，可作为区分奥利亚罗非鱼和尼罗罗非鱼的分子标记；用PopGen1．32软件进行遗传多样性分析，结果表明：奥利亚罗非鱼、无锡品系、埃及品系和吉富品系罗非鱼群体内的多态位点率分别为22．03％、52．54％、58．47％、62．71％，基因多样性指数分别为0．0912、0．2166、0．2448、0．2705，Shannon信息指数分别为0．1323、0．3136、0．3537、0．3881。无锡品系、埃及品系和吉富品系罗非鱼群体内遗传相似性指数分别为0．8194、0．7886和0．7704，遗传变异水平较高，遗传多样性丰富。奥利亚罗非鱼的群体内遗传相似性指数为0．9279，群体的遗传纯度高，遗传变异水平较低。无锡、埃及、吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼与奥利亚罗非鱼之间的遗传距离分别为0．1370、0．2235，0．1986，说明奥利亚罗非鱼和埃及品系尼罗罗非鱼杂交可能产生更强的杂种优势。

Study on Genetic Diversity of Four Tilapia Populations by Using RAPD
