普通钝绥螨的生物学特性

摘    要:研究了温度、湿度对普通钝绥螨 Amblyseius vulgaris Liang et Ke 生长发育繁殖的影响.结果表明,25℃为最适温度.25℃下,未成熟期平均发育历期5.16d,成螨寿命34.16d,产卵期21.85d,平均每雌总产卵量45.62粒,种群内禀增长率 r_m=0.259.湿度对螨卵孵化和幼螨成活影响很大,25℃下相对湿度不足43%是限制卵孵化的极限区.

Abstract:The effect of temperatures and humidities on development and fecundity of Amblyseius vulgaris were studied.25℃ was the optimum temperature.At 25℃,the mean total developmental time of female from egg to adult was 5.16 d;the longvity of female was 34.16 d;oviposition duration was 21.85 d;mean daily fecundity/female was 45.62 and r_m=0.259.Relative humidity did a great effect on egg hatching and larva survival.When relative humidity lower 43%,egg couldn't hatch.
