不同油菜品种对油菜菌核病敏感性差异的生理生化特性研究

摘    要:选用抗菌核病油菜品种中R-888、宁RS-1、783和感病品种宁油7号、晚油早、矮架早为试验材料,于盛花期接种(均设对照),发病后取较完整的功能叶,测定几个生理生化性状。结果表明:在菌核病影响下,抗、感病品种油菜的丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、游离氨基酸(FAA)总量、电导率大小、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性均有所改变;其中脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性表现为抗病品种增加幅度大于感病品种;而丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离氨基酸(FAA)含量、电导率大小、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性均表现为感病品种增加幅度大于抗病品种。各性状与其抗病性强弱存在一定的相关性。

Abstract:Different rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) varieties,such as Zhong R-888,Ning RS-1,783,Ningyou 7,Wanyouzao and Aijiazao,with different resistance to sclerotium blight(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) were selected as materials six days after S.sclerotiorum was inoculated on rapeseed leaf at full bloom stage.The complete functional leaf were chosen to analyze the physiological and biochemical characters such as the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),free amino acid(FAA),the activity of peroxidase(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and conductivity.The results showed that all the physiological and biochemical characters of all selected varieties changed after the inoculation.The increase of Pro content and POD activity in the resistant varieties such as Zhong R-888,Ning RS-1 and 783 was higher than that of the less-resistant varieties such as Ningyou 7,Wanyouzao and Aijiazao.On the contrary,the increase of MDA,FAA,conductivity and PPO in less-resistant varieties was higher than that of resistant varieties.The results also indicated that change of the content or activity of the physiological and biochemical characters after inoculation is correlated with S.sclerotiniose resistance to some degree.
