摘    要:龙蒿油中的致香成分的构成研究较少,本文采用固相微萃取结合气相色谱质谱联用技术对龙蒿油中的化学成分进行分析,确定了龙蒿油中70种香气特征的化学物质。分析了主要致香成分对整体风味影响及主要作用。

Abstract:The analysis of aroma constituents in Artemisia dracunculus oil has been relatively limited in previous studies. Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) conbined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used to investigate the chemical composition of Artemisia dracunculus oil. Through this analytical , a total of 70 distinct aroma compounds were identified, the effect of the major aroma on the overall flavor was also analyzed in this study
