摘    要:为进一步探索不同药剂不同剂量叶面喷雾对小麦茎基腐病的防控效果,临渭区植保站于2022年3月28日下午(小麦拔节初期)使用2%大丽轮枝孢激活蛋白大量元素水溶肥料DP50 g/667m2、40%苯甲·醚菌酯SE30 g/667 m2、40%苯甲·醚菌酯SE20 g/667 m2、430 g/L戊唑醇SE25 mL/667 m2用植保无人机喷雾,40%苯甲·醚菌酯SE30 g/667 m2用背负式电动喷雾器喷雾,调查不同药剂、相同药剂不同用量、相同药剂不同施药器械防治效果,结果表明:2%大丽轮枝孢激活蛋白大量元素水溶肥料DP50 g/667 m2在拔节期、抽穗期、乳熟期防效均最高,分别为85.62%、73.21%、62.69%,说明其对小麦茎基腐病有很好的抗病效果,且持效性好,实际产量为568.89 kg,增产效果最好;40%苯甲·醚菌酯SE30 g/667 m2拔节期、抽穗期、乳熟期的防效分别为82.29%、59.84%、46.69%,均...

Abstract:In order to further explore the preventive and control effects of different agents and dosages through foliar spraying on wheat stem rot disease,the treatments were conducted by the Plant Protection Station of Linwei District on March 28, 2022 (early jointing stage of wheat)as follows: 2% macroelement water-soluble fertilizer with Verticillium dahliae Kleb spore-activating protein (DP50 g/667 m2), 40% benzene methoxy ester (SE30 g/667 m2), 40% benzene methoxy ester (SE20 g/667 m2), and 430 g/L pentoxazol (SE25 mL/667 m2) sprayed by unmanned aerial vehicle, and 40% benzene methoxy ester (SE30 g/667 m2) sprayed by a backpack electric sprayer. The study aimed to investigate the preventive and control effects of different agents, the same agents at different dosages, and the same agents applied using different spraying equipment. The results showed that 2% macroelement water-soluble fertilizer with Verticillium dahliae Kleb spore-activating protein (DP50 g/667 m2) had the highest prevention efficiency during the jointing, heading, and milking stages, reaching 85.62%, 73.21%, and 62.69%, respectively. This indicated that it had a good disease resistance effect against wheat stem rot disease and maintained long-lasting efficacy, resulting in an actual yield of 568.89kg and the best yield increase effect. The preventive effects of 40% benzene methoxy ester (SE30 g/667 m2) during the jointing, heading, and milking stages were 82.29%, 59.84%, and 46.69%, respectively, which were all higher than those of 20 g/667 m2. It is recommended to use a dosage of 30 g/667 m2 during production. The preventive effects of 40% benzene methoxy ester (SE30 g/667 m2) applied with unmanned aerial vehicles during the jointing, heading, and milking stages were 82.29%, 59.84%, and 46.69%, respectively, which were slightly lower than those applied with the backpack electric sprayer (82.45%, 61.1%, and 47.81%). However, the differences in preventive effects were not significant. Considering economic benefits and practical production, unmanned aerial vehicles are more suitable for wheat spraying after the jointing stage.
