| 摘 要： | 以资源环境经济学理论为根据，探讨了水资源以及商品水资源的价值内涵；从资源价格、工程价格、生态环境价格等三个方面，论证了商品水资源价格的构成要素；分析了影响商品水定价的自然因素和社会因素，提出了当前制定水价的原则与策略。

| Abstract: | From the aspect of resource environmental economics, we have analyses the value of resource as well as the value and the price of resource merchandise;based on it ,we will discuss the value intension of water resource as well as the construction of value and price of water resource merchandise, in addition to it, we will demonstrate the 3 compositional parts of the price of water resource merchandise in detail:resource price, the cost of water supply and ecological environmental price. In terms of the relation between people and nature, we will elaborate the influencing factors of the price of water resource merchandise, and according to this ,we will propound the principle and strategy of deciding current water price. |
