蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒的电镜观察

摘    要:报道了蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒 (PhilosamiacynthiariciniNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus)的超微结构的观察方法及观察结果 ,并对该病毒的超微结构进行了描述。病毒多角体为 12面体和多面体结构 ,大小不一 ,平均直径为 2 4μm ;多角体碱解后释放出杆状的病毒束 ,大小为 32 0~ 4 17nm× 83~ 2 2 7nm ,核衣壳大小比较均一 ,约为 32 0nm× 83nm。通过多角体超薄切片的横切面观察 ,囊膜内包被的核衣壳数变动于 1~ 10之间 ,只包被 1个核衣壳的数目最多 ,约占总数的 80 4 % ,病毒束在排列图式上存在差异。

Abstract:The observation method and the results on ultrastructure of Philosamia cynthia ricini Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus were introduced in the paper.And the ultrastructure was also described.Scanning electron microscope observation showed that the PcrNPV inclusion bodies were irregular polyhedra with different sizes.The average diameter of the polyhedra was 2.4 μm.Many rod shaped virus bundles which measured from 320~417 nm×83~227 nm were released from the polyhedra when they were decomposed by alkali.The size of the naked nucleocapsids was 320 nm×83 nm.Numbers of nucleocapsids observed in an envelope in their cross sections ranged from 1 to 10,and the frequencies at 1 nucleocapsid was significantly higher than the others,about 80.04% of the total.Differences in the arrangement patterns of nucleocapsids were existed within the envelopes of Philosamia cynthia ricini Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus.
