摘    要:方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇80%和水20%(用磷酸调PH为3.7)为流动相,以C8为分析柱,紫外检测波长为250nm,柱温室温,结果线性范围:0.01mg/m l~0.13mg/m l,线性方程A=50.535 31130.2C,相关系数0.99989;回收率101.85%,相对标准偏差1.47%。该方法目的在于测定甘草浸膏的甘草次酸含量,以期为检测评价甘草浸膏质量提供了指标,该方法方法简单、准确性高。

Abstract:Aiming To develop a method to determine quantitatively the contents of glycyrrhetinic acid in Powdered Extractor Glycyrrhizae by RP-HPLC.RP-HPLC was used to quantitatively determine the contents of glycyrrhetinic acid.During experiments,the detection wavelength was 250nm room temperature.Results were good liner relations and the relative peak area of glycyrrhetinic acid r=0.99989.The average recovery of glycyrrhetinic acid was 101.85%,RSD1.47%.Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate and quick.
