| 摘 要： | 教学秘书工作对高校教学至关重要,在高校教学管理中发挥着重要的作用。分析了教学秘书的工作职责,提出了一些提高教学秘书工作积极性的可行性建议,以进一步提高我院教学管理工作水平。
