中国小麦品质育种现状、存在问题及改良策略

近 2 0年来 ,中国小麦品质育种取得了较大的进展 ,育成了一批加工品质达到国外同类优质小麦的品种。但是 ,我国小麦品质育种的总体水平与国外相比还存在一定的差距 :主要表现在品种专用化程度不高 ,品质测试手段落后 ,管理体制不健全等方面。针对我国小麦品质改良工作中存在的问题 ,提出了若干建议

Status and Problem of Wheat Quality Breeding and Its Improvement Strategy in China

In recent two decades,a great progress has been made on wheat quality breeding in China.A number of wheat varieties or lines with better quality have been developed,and their processing quality has leveled up to that of the oversea ones.However, there are a great differences between ourselves and the other countries in wheat quality breeding.They are mainly as follows:poor in special quality lack of advanced instruments and facilities for measuring quality,imperfect management and network systems.Some proposals are put forward based on the problems in wheat quality improvement in China.
