| 摘 要： | 针对农技推广面临的新形势 ,分析了当前基层农技推广工作的特点 :服务范围扩大、推广目标升级、推广方式转变、农技推广人员素质亟待提高。提出了从稳定农技队伍、健全推广体系 ,搞好教育培训、提高整体素质 ,引进高新技术、加速成果转化 ,发展农技产业、增强“造血”功能等方面强化基层农技推广工作的措施。

| Abstract: | Pointing at the new situation of agro technical popularization,the paper analyzes the features of this work at present:service range extended,popularization objectives upgraded,popularization ways changed,quality of agro technical personnel expected to be improved etc.It also puts forward the measures to strengthen the popularization work of agro technique at the basic level such as stabilizing agro technical ranks,perfecting popularization system,doing well in education training,improving the whole quality,introducing high advanced technology,accelerating the results commercializing,developing agro technical industry etc. |
