摘 要: | 对 1 9个萝卜品种的酯酶同工酶进行了分析 ,共检测出 1 0条酶带。这些酶带可分为 4组 ,其中 B、 C两组为主酶带区 ,且 C区的 Rf 0 .57为各品种所共有。对所得酶谱进行聚类分析 ,可将 1 9个品种分为 5组。结果表明 ,利用酶带的有无和酶带的活性差异 ,可以对萝卜品种的亲缘关系和分类进行初步判定

Application of Esterase Isoenzyme to Classifying Radish Varieties |

Abstract: | In this experiment, esterase isoenzyme of 19 varieties of radish were analysed. 10 enzyme belts have been found, which can be divided into 4 groups, and of which group B and group C are main enzyme belts. Every variety has Rf 0 57 enzyme belts. On the basis of cluster analysis, 19 varieties can be classified into 5 groups. The results showed that the relationship and classification of radish varieties can be determined preliminarily by the number and the activity of enzyme belts. |
