| Abstract: | Network is affecting people's studying and job,has brought about problems,such as "shallow reading","snack reading","reading crisis".The main body of a book has been set forth advocating value and significance that "nationwide reading" here under background,as well as the library responds to the positive role bringing into play in "reading an activity in the whole people". |
