硼对不同硼效率甘蓝型油菜叶片6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶活性和可溶性糖含量的影响*

摘    要: 通过营养液培养试验,研究了硼对不同硼效率甘蓝型油菜品种叶片6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G-6-PDHase)活性和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,在正常硼营养条件下,随着生育期的推进,叶片酶活性先升高,在花期达到顶点,而后下降,可溶性糖也有类似的变化。在升高和下降的快慢上,高效品种要大于低效品种。低硼胁迫使两油菜品种叶片可溶性糖含量和酶活性均有不同程度的升高。对于可溶性糖,低效品种在低硼处理下的叶片累积量明显高于其他处理,高效品种低硼处理次之,高效品种硼正常处理最低;酶活性上,在苗期和蕾薹期,低效品种升高的幅度大于高效品种,而在花期及其以后时间内,则高效品种升高的幅度要大于低效品种。

Abstract:By solution culture,the effects of boron(B) on Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDHase)activity and the soluble sugar in leaves of rape cultivars(Brassica napus L.) with different B efficiency were studied.The results showed that with the progress of growth period,the enzyme activity in the leaves,as well as the soluble sugar,increased firstly,then decreased after flowering,and that the change extent in high B efficiency cultivar was higher than that in low B efficiency cultivar.Under low B stress condition,the soluble sugar and the enzyme activity in the leaves of the two rapeseed cultivars all increased.The soluble sugar content in the leaves of low B efficient cultivar under low B stress was the highest among all treatments,followed by high B efficient cultivar under the same condition,and the lowest was high B efficient cultivar under optimum B level.For enzyme activity,the increasing extent of low B efficient cultivar was higher than that of high B efficient cultivar in seedling or budding,and the cultivar was reversed after flowering.
