合成3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈防治玉米杂草研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨3,5二溴4羟基苯腈对田间杂草的防除效果。[方法]以自制的3,5二溴4羟基苯腈乳油为供试药剂,通过田间小区试验研究其对玉米地杂草的防除效果。[结果]施药10d后,当3,5二溴4羟基苯腈乳油的施药量为600g/hm2时,其对单子叶杂草防效为73.2%,远远高于对照药剂;两者对双子叶杂草的防效分别为96.6%和100.0%。施药20d后,当3,5二溴4羟基苯腈乳油的施药量为300~600g/hm2时,其对单子叶杂草的株数和鲜重防效分别为25.0%~70.6%和0~51.8%,对双子叶杂草的株数和鲜重防效分别为21.6%~70.3%和95.9%~99.7%;而对照药剂对双子叶杂草的防效为100.0%。施药40d后,3,5二溴4羟基苯腈乳油对单子叶杂草鲜重防效为51.5%~89.2%,对双子叶杂草鲜重防效为93.6%~97.0%。[结论]在3叶期后使用3,5二溴4羟基苯腈防除玉米地杂草安全有效。
