| 摘 要： | 针对水利部门图书量大、年代跨度长、资料类型多、种类分散的特点，辽宁省水利水电科学研究院开发了一款实用的图书管理系统。在简单介绍系统的开发背和开发环境基础上，详细介绍系统匕大主要模块的功能．旨在为水利部门设计图书管理系统提供参考。

| Abstract: | In view of the fact that the books kept by Liaoning water conservation departments are of a large amount, with a long time span and of various data types, a novel and practical books management system is designed by Liaoning Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. This article presents the development background and context, and expounds on the functions of the seven major modules in a bid to provide reference for relative departments. |
