| 摘 要： | 系统地分析了2006、2007和2008年我国6个省（区）生产的144个复烤烟叶样品的挥发酸和挥发碱含量。不同产区挥发酸和挥发碱含量有显著性差异,其中,各产区挥发酸含量由高到低依次是贵州〉广西〉湖北〉云南〉重庆〉湖南,挥发碱含量由高到低是贵州〉重庆〉云南〉湖北〉湖南〉广西。不同烟叶部位挥发酸和挥发碱含量均以上部叶含量最高,中部叶次之,下部叶含量最低。

| Abstract: | The content of volatile acids and volatile bases in 144 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves grown in domestic 6 provinces in 2006,2007 and 2008 were synthetically analyzed. The content of volatile acid and volatile bases in tobacco grown in different producing areas had significant difference. The order of volatile acid content in tobacco leaves of these main areas was Guizhou > Guangxi > Hubei > Yunnan > Chongqing > Hunan.
