人鼻咽上皮及鼻咽癌组织角蛋白的免疫组化研究

用抗角蛋白抗体免疫组化ABC法,对28例人鼻咽上皮(包括鳞状上皮及柱状上皮)和75例分化程度不同的鼻咽癌细胞进行了角蛋白检测。结果全部为阳性表达,其中鼻咽上皮表层细胞染色强度明显,基底层细胞染色较弱,两者之间有明显差别(P<0.01);鼻咽癌细胞以高分化鳞癌表达最强,未分化癌表达最弱,高、低,未分化鼻咽癌细胞之间的角蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.005),表明角蛋白表达与分化有关。

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF KERATIN IN HUMAN NASOPHARYNGEAL EPITHELIAL AND CARCINOMATOUS TISSUES

The anti - keratin McAb was used in an immunohistochemical study to investigate the expression of keratin in 28 cases nasopharyngeal (including squamous and columnar )epithelia and 75 cases nasopharyngeal carcinomas with various differenciation. The results showed all were positive with strong staining in superficial layers and weak staining in basal layers in nasopharyngeal epithelia. The expression differences have statistical significance between them(P<0. 01). In nasopharyngeal carcinomas,highest expression appeared in high differ-enciated squamous carcinoma cells whilst lowest expression in undifferenciated carcinoma cells. The expression differences have high statistical significance among the high, low and undiffernciated carcinoma cells(P<0. 005). The results suggest that the expression of keratin is associated with the cellular differenciation.
