| 摘 要： | 阐述了武汉市工厂化育苗的发展情况及现状,针对育苗中存在的品种过多、种苗供需矛盾突出、用工短缺及设施利用率低等问题,提出今后应从加大资金扶持,加大宣传和培训力度,重点扶持龙头企业及加大开拓市场力度等方面着手。

| Abstract: | The paper stated the development status of industrial seedling raising in Wuhan,and analyzed the existing problems,such as overabundant cultivars,prominent contradiction between seedling supply and demand,labor shortages,low utilization rate of facilities.And the countermeasures were put forward on increasing financial support,strengthening propaganda and training work,supporting leading enterprises,exploiting more markets. |
