摘    要:以低温胁迫下的茄子幼苗为对象,研究了不同浓度的外源ABA、SA、CaC12对茄子细胞膜系统的影响。试验结果表明,喷施外源ABA、SA、CaC12能够使茄子的冷害指数显著下降,明显降低茄子幼苗的相对电导率和原生质膜渗出物含量,提高叶绿体膜和类囊体膜电位和ATP酶活性,对细胞膜系统伤害具有缓解作用,其中,喷施10 mg.L-1ABA、300 mg.L-1SA、1 000 mg.L-1CaC12效果最佳。

Abstract:Taking eggplant seedlings under the low temperature condition as materials,the paper studied the effects of ABA,SA and CaC12 with different concentrations on the cell membrane system of eggplant.The results showed that,after spraying the exogenous chemical substances,the chilling injury index decreased significantly,the relative electric conductivity and content of plasma membrane exudate reduced obviously,the potential and ATPases activity of chloroplast and thylakoid membranes increased,alleviating the damage of cold stress to the cell membrane.And 10 mg·L-1 ABA,300 mg·L-1 SA and 1 000 mg·L-1 CaC12 possessed the best effects respectively.
