土壤采样器的结构改进

摘    要:针对拖拉机安装土壤采样器后离地间隙小的问题,设计并制作一套机构和液压系统,将土壤采样器举升,来提高拖拉机的离地间隙,使其满足行进要求,并增加了安全栓机构,提高其可靠性;另外,设计了取土器自动打开机构。经田间试验表明,改进后的土壤采样器的离地间隙满足拖拉机的行进要求,采集土样时稳定可靠。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of short ground clearance when tractor was installed with "soil sampling machine",the use of machine and hydraulic system lifting the soil sampling machine can improve ground clearance,designing and producing a set of mechanisms to increase their reliability.It also adds more parts to make the soil sample barrel work by itself.The field experiment showed that the improved ground clearance of tractors meet the requirements of travelling.It is stable and reliable when collecting soil samples.
