酿酒葡萄白腐病的发生与气象条件的关系

目的]研究河北昌黎地区酿酒葡萄白腐病分生孢子发生与气象条件的关系。方法]于2007年在酿酒葡萄生育期（4~11月）进行逐日3次定时（08：00、14：00、20：00）观测,观察项目包括分生孢子数及温度、降水、相对湿度、日照时数、风速等气象要素。由于白腐病主要危害果实,因此记录酿酒葡萄果粒发病情况,发生标准分为始发期、盛发期和持续期3个阶段。结果]酿酒葡萄白腐病分生孢子发生与温度、湿度、降雨量、风速等气象要素有密切关系,降雨量和田间湿度的变化对病菌的影响最大。该病菌在昌黎地区生长的适宜温度为24~28℃,最适温度为25℃左右,28℃以上时不利于孢子萌发。结论]根据白腐病发生气象指标,结合中期天气预报,可提前预防并有效控制酿酒葡萄白腐病的发生。
