花生空荚原因分析

摘    要:为摸清文登地区花生空荚的原因,根据花生空荚发生程度的轻重,在正常花生田(N)、20%~30%空荚率花生田(M)、几乎全部空荚花生田(H)的0~30cm土层内取土样,化验了土壤腐殖质(Hu)、钙(Ca)、硼(B)和pH值。Kruskal-Wallis检验表明,H花生田的水溶性Ca和pH值均显著低于N花生田,M花生田的水溶性Ca和B均显著低于N花生田;秩相关分析显示,土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值均与花生空荚发生程度呈显著负相关,而土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值呈显著正相关;取样观察表明收获后的花生籽仁胚芽变黑,数据分析认为缺Ca及pH值偏低是文登地区花生空荚病发生的主要原因。

Abstract:To find the cause leading to unfruitful peanut pods in Wendeng,peanut fields(0~30cm soil) with different unfruitful pods severity,viz.,without unfruitful pods symptoms(N),with 20%~30% unfruitful pods(M) and severe symptoms(total crop failure,H),were sampled and analyzed for humus,soluble Ca,B and pH.Kruskal-Wallis test indicted that the soil Ca and pH in 'H' samples were significantly lower than 'N' samples,and Ca and B in 'M' samples were significantly lower than 'N' samples.Rank correlation analysis showe...
