玉米丝黑穗病生防放线菌的筛选及对冬孢子萌发的抑制作用

摘    要:从土壤样品分离得到47株放线菌,通过对冬孢子萌发率的测定得到6株(S-1、H-21、S-12、H-4、H-13、H-1)对冬孢子萌发有较好的抑制作用,S-1菌株及代谢产物对冬孢子萌发抑制率达到76.56%,其次为H-21和S-12,抑制率分别为70.15%和56.87%。

Abstract:47 strains Actinomycete were isolated from soil samples. 6 strains out of them had more inhibitive to tellospore germination. The metabolic products of S-1 was the most inhibitive with inhibition rate 76.56%, H-21and S-12came the second with inhibition rate70.15 % and 56.87 %, respectively.
