电磁振动排种器仿真研究

摘    要:采用机械系统动力学自动分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS建立电磁振动排种器的仿真模型;通过仿真试验对影响排种器排利,性能的参数激振频率、激振力幅值、激振力作用角进行研究,确定其最优组合。同时,验证了改装设计的正确性,并为电磁振动排利,器的进一步改进设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:In this article, the virtual model of electromagnetic vibrated seeding apparatus was built with automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system software ADAMS and finite unit analysis software ANSYS. The parameters like vibrated frequency, swing of vibrated force and functional angle of vibrated force ,which has an influence on seeding function of seeding apparatus ,were studied by simulation tests, and the optimization group of them was confirmed, and the correctness of the re-design was proved. This research also has important reference value for the further imoroved design of electromagnetic vibrated seeding aooaratus.
