草莓瘦果离体培养对种子发芽率的影响

以草莓栽培品种“硕香”和黄毛草莓、森林草莓、西藏草莓等野生种的瘦果进行离体培养试验 ,结果表明 :采用切开瘦果的方法进行离体培养可提高种子发芽率 ,且在培养 10d后发芽率即达到最高值 ;不同激素浓度配比的MS培养基对草莓种子发芽率影响不大 ;栽培品种在培养基上作离体培养优于在湿滤纸上的培养 ;草莓离体培养的发芽率与基因型有关 ,栽培品种与野生种存在显著差异 ;用花后 2 1d的鲜果作切开瘦果离体培养时发芽率即接近 10 0 % ,花后 7d果实的瘦果培养也获得了少量再生植株

Effects of Achene in vitroCulture on Seed Germination Percentage of Strawberry

Achenes of strawberry cultivar"Shuoxiang" and wild species Fragaria vesca，Fragaria nilgerrensis and Fragaria nubicola were cultured in vitro，the results showed：①seed germination percentage of cut achenes was enhanced and achieved maximum 10 d after being cultured；②medium with different hormone concentration didnt significantly affect seed germination percentage；③for strawberry cultivar，effect of in vitro culture on MS medium was better than that on moisten filter；④the seed germination percentage of strawberry cultured in vitro correlated with its genotype，which resulted in the noticeble difference between cultivar and wild species；⑤seed germination percentage of the fresh cut achenes harvested 21 d after flowering almost reached 100％，and a few regenerated plants were obtained from achenes harvested 7 d after flowering．
