摘    要:小麦籽粒胚乳细胞发育包括胚乳细胞的增殖和充实两个过程.胚乳细胞的增殖可用Richards方程模拟,增殖过程可划分为渐增期、快增期、缓增期.强势粒胚乳细胞数多于弱势粒,粒重亦高于弱势粒.胚乳细胞中淀粉积累动态可用方程y=(a+bx)x拟合.淀粉合成首先是蔗糖的降解,其合成与籽粒中蔗糖起始浓度及其降解速度密切相关,蔗糖起始

Abstract:The study on endosperm cell proliferating and grain filling was carried out on the Experimental Field of Crop Cultivation and Physiology Key Laboratory, Agricultural College of Yangzhou University from 1994 to 1997.The results showed that the development of wheat grain endosperm cells included endosperm cell proliferating and filling. Richards equation could be used to match the proliferation of endosperm cells. The process could be divided into slowly-increase, fast-increase and slightly-increase phases. Superior grains had more endosperm cells and higher grain weight than inferior grains. Equation y=(a bx)/x could be used to match the starch accumulation dynamic. Starch synthesis was closely related to initial sucrose content and decomposing rate. The higher the sucrose content was, the more the starch accumulation amount was. Starch content in superior grains was higher than that in inferior grains. Grain soluble protein content increased continuously after anthesis.
