竹材水泥碎料板制造初探

摘    要:用正交试验法探讨竹材碎料的预处理方法,板材密度和水泥/竹材比对产品的静曲强度,吸水率和吸水厚度膨胀率的影响规律。研究结果表明,以竹材为原料制造水泥碎料板的竹材必须进行预处理,否则不能硬化成板;竹材水泥碎料板的静曲强度随着板的密度增大而增大,吸水率随板的密度增大而降低。水泥/竹材比对吸水率无显著影响;竹材水泥碎料板的吸水厚度膨胀率是随水泥/竹材比增大而降低,与板的密度无明显关系。

Abstract:China is short of forest resources, but is abundant in bamboo resources. Bamboo's utilization in manufacturing plywood, particleboard, and so on has been developed in recent years. But studies on the bamboo for particle-cement board are limited. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the combined effects of cement types, board density, bamboo particle pretreatment, cement/bamboo ratio on the properties of the bamboo-cementparticleboard. The results obtained from this research indicated that boards failed to fabricate from untreated bamboo particle, but succeeded from any one of pretreated bamboo particle. The static bending strength of cement board was increased with the increasement of board density while the water absorption of the board was decreased with the increased board density, The ratio of cement to bamboo particle had nosignificant effect on water absorption. The thickness swelling of the cement board was reduced with the increase of the cement/bamboo ratio, and there is no significant correlation between the thickness swelling and density of the bamboo-cement particleboard.
