我国茶叶市场结构及特征分析

摘    要:分析了我国茶叶市场类型及特征,结果表明:我国茶叶市场属于垄断竞争型市场,市场特征表现为:茶类产品丰富,以名优茶为主导,名优茶需求与供给弹性随茶类档次与地区而表现为富有弹性和不具有弹性;茶叶市场产品多样化,差异化显著;茶叶市场价格混乱,无统一标准;市场信息不对称,出现“柠檬市场”现象;市场主要以交易市场内买卖者直接协商而成,成交率较高;市场区域性化显著。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of market type and features,it's indicated that our domestic tea market is under monopolistic competition.The features are:rich lineups of tea products with famous tea dominating,Famous tea demand and supply flexibility depending on tea quality and consuming region;Diverse tea products in market, significant difference;Price of tea is confused in the market,without reference standard;market in formation is asymmetric,lemon phenomenon;deals are made inside the market,with high deal rate;Regional market.
