| 摘 要： | 基于北方农牧交错带的自然现状及区域特点,从农村经济可持续发展的角度出发,从生态环境系统、经济系统和社会系统3方面构建了北方农牧交错带农村经济可持续发展评价体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,并以河北省张北县为例进行评价与分析。评价结果显示,张北县农村经济发展的可持续性较低,建议现阶段以改善生态环境、完善产业结构、提高人口素质为增强经济可持续性的主要手段。

Evaluation of Sustainable Rural Economy Development in Northern Farming |

| Abstract: | Based on the natural situation and regional figures of northern farming-pastoral transitional zone,this study aimed to establish an index system about sustainable rural economy development from the aspects of eco-environment,economy and society.Besides that,AHP(analytical hierarchy process) was adopted to calculate index weights,and Zhangbei County of Hebei Province was evaluated and analyzed as an example.The results showed that the ability of sustainable rural economy development of the county is low and suggested to strengthen sustainable rural economy development mainly by improving ecological environment,industrial structure and population quality. |
