枣疯病病树光合特性的初步研究

摘    要:为揭示健康枣树与感染枣疯病枣树的光合能力,确定其影响枣树光合特性的主导因子。试验采用比较研究的方法,选择了圆红品种,对感染枣疯病和健康枣树的光合性能进行了测定。结果表明:感染枣疯病的枣树光合能力远远低于健康树,健康树日间光合速率最大可达到16.1μmol.m-2.s-1,而病树仅为1.1μmol.m-2.s-1。感染枣疯病的枣树光合日变化趋势与健康树基本相同,具有双峰和"午休"现象。相关分析表明影响健康枣树光合作用的主导因子是光照强度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及胞间CO2浓度,而病树的光合受制于胞间CO2浓度的影响。

Abstract:In order to reveal the photosynthetic capacity between the jujube which is injected by jujube witches' broom and the healthy one,and to explore the main influencing factors,comparative studies were chosen to survey the photosynthesis of the jujube which is injected by jujube witches' broom and the healthy jujube of Yuanhong.The results indicated that the photosynthetic capacity of the diseased were far lower than the healthy,its highest photosynthetic rate could reach 16.1 μmolco2·m-2·s-1,but the diseased was only 1.1 μmolco2·m-2·s-1.The daily variation trend of photosynthesis of the trees with witches broom was basically the same as the healthy with the phenomenon of two peaks and "midday rest".The correlation analysis showed that the main effect factors of the photosynthetic in the healthy trees were light intensity,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and the intercellular CO2 concentration,but the diseased was mainly affected by the intercellular CO2 concentration.
