| 摘 要： | 马克思的信用理论是指导企业、个人诚实守信的重要理论。当前,我国企业信用状况不容乐观,应从完善政府信用体系和个人信用制度、明确企业产权入手,建立企业信用信息系统,加强信用中介机构管理,制定和完善信用法律法规,构建企业信用体系。

| Abstract: | Marx's credit theory is important to obey credit for enterprise and individnal.Combined with the current situation of enterprises' credit in our country,this paper proposes some suggestions to construct credit system,such as perfecting public credit and individual credit,strengthening management to medium organization,constructing credit information system,perfecting the law. |
