| 摘 要： | 将中性盐NaCl和Na2SO4、碱性盐NaHCO3和Na2CO3按不同比例混合,模拟出24种盐度、碱度各不相同的复杂盐碱条件,并对金山绣线菊进行盐碱混合胁迫处理。测定其存活率等8项胁变指标,并分析各种胁迫因素与诸项胁变指标间的相互关系。结果表明:胁变因素pH值、CO32-对所有胁变指标均表现出了极显著的相关性,除可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖外,其它6项胁变指标均与盐浓度有显著的相关性。Na+、盐浓度与各项胁变指标间的相关系数完全相同,二者间的相关系数为1,该试验的盐胁迫中盐度可完全代表Na+。
