饲粮补硒补蛋氨酸对雏鸡的影响

摘    要:以三个试验测定了饲粮补硒补蛋氨酸对来航雏鸡的影响。试验Ⅰ使用玉米、小麦、黄豆为主的缺硒(0.0068ppm)饲粮,于3周龄时复制出了典型的渗出性素质病饲粮补加0.1PPm亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)硒可完全防止缺硒病发生,并显著提高生产性能。试验Ⅱ以含0.1020PPm硒的基础饲粮,测定出补加蛋氨酸可提高饲料硒的生物效能。而加硒过量(0.3ppm),补加蛋氨酸改进生长反应的效果与未加硒但补等量蛋氨酸的效果相当。试验Ⅲ采用与缺硒地区完全一致的饲养条件,观察到在含0.0375ppm硒,0.37%蛋氨酸的基础饲粮,适量补硒(0.1ppm)补蛋氨酸(0.25%)具有明显的效果。

Abstract:The purpose of the experiments was to study the effect of supplementing selenium and methionine in diet on Leghorn chicks. The diet in experiment I was mainly composed of corn, wheat and soybean. The selenium deficient(.0068ppm) diet resulted in typical exudative diathesis. Supplementing. 1 ppm selenium prevented deficiency symptoms and improved chick performance significantly. The results in experiment Ⅱ indicated that methionine supplement increased the biopotency of selenium in feed. But, for the promotion of growth, adding methionine with. 3 ppm of selenium had the same effect as that without Se. The diet in experiment Ⅲ contained .0375ppm selenium and .37 per cent of methionine. The animals were fed under the qractical feeding condition. It was observed that .1 ppm of selenium, and .25 per cent of methionineshowed significant results.
