CPPU对禅寺丸果实糖、酸含量的影响

摘    要:以甜柿禅寺丸为试材,用10、15、20、25 mg/L 4种浓度的CPPU于花后10 d喷果。结果表明:均提高了果实还原糖、可溶性糖、TSS含量及固酸比;促进了果实淀粉降解;对可滴定酸含量影响不大。

Abstract:Experiment of a new plant growth regulator called CPPU was carried out with 10~25 mg/L spraying on fruit of non-astringent Diospyros kaki cv.Zenjimaru 10 days after full bloom.The result showed that the treatment could increase weight of individual fruit,reducing sugar,soluble sugar,the total sugar,TSS content and TSS-acid ratio of the fruit as well as could promote starch degradation but had no effect on titrable acid content.
