特效植物营养素在苦瓜种子上的表观遗传效应

摘    要:分别用特效植物营养素(SPNE)和清水喷施苦瓜常规种植株和杂交制种的父母本植株后进行人工授粉,然后将收获的SPNE处理和清水对照处理的常规种和杂交种F1代种子置于相同条件下进行萌发生长,结果表明:无论是常规种还是杂交F1代.上代用SPNE处理的种子其发芽势、发芽率及萌发后幼苗的株高、株重、茎粗、叶绿素和蛋白质含量等指标均优于清水处理的对照种子,即SPNE处理后能产生表观遗传效应,而上代用SPNE处理后再重复处理的种子,其萌发的幼苗生长表现最好.

Abstract:SPNE(Special plant nutritional element) was spread to plant of inbreeding and hybrid parent before artificial insemination.Compare the treatment with contrast seeds of inbreeding and hybrid by a series of experiments.Such as germinative rate and tendency,weight and height of plant,content of chlorophyl and protein.The results showed that the seeds treated by SPNE in last generation are better than contrast whether inbreeding or hybrid.These are effects of epigenetics.The seedling is the best when the treatable seeds are treated again by SPNE.
