| 摘 要： | 仔猪腹泻是困扰养猪业的一大难题,早期断奶仔猪腹泻尤其严重.过去这一问题的解决通常是依赖抗生素或高免血清,但由于安全性和价格等因素影响了它们在养猪业的应用.卵黄抗体作为一种价格低廉、安全高效的新型兽药,在防治仔猪腹泻上展现出良好的应用前景.本文介绍了IgY的形成、分子结构、特点、吸收和转运以及IgY在防治仔猪腹泻上的应用.

| Abstract: | Piglet diarrhea is always a intractable problem in swine breeding. Settlement of this question usually depended on antibiotics or high titre immune serum in the past. However their application was restricted for dubious safety or high prices. As a new type of veterinary medicine with the virtues of low price, high efficiency and good safety, egg yolk antibody exhibits excellent prospects in preventing and curing piglet diarrhea. |
