摘    要:基因芯片技术是20世纪90年代发展起来的一门高新技术。应用该技术可以对大量的遗传信息进行快速、高通量、并行检测,解决了传统检测方法中遇到的难题,已广泛应用于基因表达分析、突变检测、核酸多态性分析、基因测序和药物筛选等几乎所有的生物学研究领域。作为一种高通量的基因检测方法,基因芯片技术在微生物检测和鉴定方面的应用越来越多,具有巨大的应用潜力。文章简要介绍了基因芯片技术的基本概念和技术流程,综述其在微生物检测和鉴定中的应用。

Abstract:The gene chip technigue is a high and new technigue developed in 1990's.It can efficiently and rapidly detect a great many of genetic information at one time,which resolved many problems encountered in conventional methods,and has been successfully applied to almost every aspect of biological research,such as gene expression analysis,mutation detection,polymorphism analysis,gene sequencing and drug screening,etc.As a high throughput technique for gene analysis,gene chip technigue has a tremendous potential in microbe detection and identification.In this paper,the general concept and technigue flow of gene chip technigue were introduced briefly,and its current applications in microbe detection and identification were reviewed.
