| Abstract: | This paper summarized the high quality and efficient cultivation techniques for pollution-free radish in Jinjiang vegetable production base of Fujian Province. These techniques included land selection, variety selection, deep ploughing, rational and close planting, field management and disease and pest control. In addition, some postharvest problems need to be paid attention in the aspects of packaging, transportation and storage were proposed. |
