摘    要:采用盆栽生物试验,研究了缓释复合肥对大白菜产量、品质的影响。结果表明,与普通复合肥(CCF)处理相比,非包膜缓释复合肥(SRF)处理能够显著提高白菜产量(生长35 d和45 d产量分别提高16.4%和13.9%),且SRF处理与包膜肥料(CRF)处理白菜产量无显著差异。与CCF处理相比,SRF处理由于其缓释性能及优质有机肥的加入能够提高白菜维生素C、氨基酸、还原糖、粗蛋白等营养品质。

Abstract:The potting experiment was conducted to study the effect of slow-release-compound fertilizers(SRF) on yield and quality of cabbage.The results showed that SRF could significantly increase the yield of cabbage compared with CCF(by 16.4% sampled after 35d and 13.9% after 45d,respectively),and had no significant difference compared with coated fertilizer(CRF).The SRF could improve nutritional quality,such as the contents of vitamin C,amino acid,reductive sugar and crude protein due to slow releasing nutrient ability and added organic fertilizers of SRF.
