| 摘 要： | 应用琼脂免疫扩散试验和间接免疫荧光染色法检测鸡血清中抗ＲＥＶ抗体有很强的特异性，用以检测黑龙江、山东、辽宁、广东等地１７０３份鸡血清，阴性率分别为１４％和２３％，证明上述四省均有禽网状内皮组织增殖病病毒感染。

| Abstract: | Agar Gel
Preciptin(AGP)test and Indirect Immunofluorescent test are very specific in the detection of
antireticuloendotheliosisvirus(REV)antibody.1703 chicken serum specimens which were
collected from Heilongjiang ,Shandong,Liaoning and Guangdong,etc.were detected by the two
tests and the positive rate is 14% and 23%respectively. This result shows that a certain number
of chickens from the abovementioned regions were infected by reticuloendotheliosis,virus(REV). |
