| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着消费者健康意识的提升和消费升级的影响，抹茶市场持续升温，抹茶被广泛关注。时尚的色调、厚重的文化感，加上自带的健康光环，让抹茶受到了消费者的青睐。本文拟通过对余杭抹茶产业现状、关键技术、市场开发等方面进行分析，提出我区抹茶产业下一步发展路径。

| Abstract: | Abstract:In recent years,with the promotion of consumers'' health awareness and the impact of consumption upgrading, matcha market has been heating up continuously, and matcha has been widely concerned.With its fashionable colors, profound cultural sense and its own health aura, matcha has been favored by consumers.By analyzing the present situation, key technologies and market development of Yuhang Matcha industry, this paper puts forward the next development path of Matcha industry. |
