新形势下卷烟工业烟叶原料基地建设刍议

目前,随着国内重点骨干品牌产品结构的不断提升,保障特色优质原料持续供应的重要性日益凸显。为缓解工业企业原料库存压力和工商之间供需矛盾,卷烟工业有必要以工商研合作平台引入科技支撑力量,协助工业企业解决原料基地烟叶生产过程中存在的制约质量提升的突出问题,保障优质烟叶原料供应。本文提出了搭建烟叶原料基地单元技术服务平台、构建卷烟工业烟叶原料基地单元技术服务体系的思路,并就烟叶原料基地单元技术服务体系运行进行了探讨,为卷烟工业做好烟叶原料基地单元建设和烟叶原料保障工作提供借鉴。

At present, with the continuous improvement of domestic key brand cigarette structure, the importance of ensuring the continued supply of characteristic high-quality raw materials has become increasingly prominent. In order to alleviate the inventory pressure of cigarette industrial and the contradiction between supply and demand, it is necessary for the cigarette industry to use the Research Cooperation Platform to introduce scientific and technological support to help industrial enterprises solve the outstanding problems that restrict the quality improvement of tobacco production in the Raw Material Base, and ensure the supply of high-quality tobacco raw materials. This paper puts forward the idea of building the Unit Technical Service Platform and the unit technical service system of tobacco raw material in Tobacco Raw Material Base, and discusses the operation of the unit technical service system of Tobacco Raw Material Base, so as to provide reference for the construction of t Tobacco Raw Material Base and the guarantee of high-quality tobacco supply of cigarette industry.
