| Abstract: | Since 1984 Shucheng County has comprehensively harnessed 6 small river basins such as Hujia River etc. by adopting the method of combining engineering measures with biological measures. This paper presents in brief the harness methods, management experience and achievements in the work of comprehensive harnessing of small river basins. |
