天山云杉针叶提取物对种子萌发和幼苗生长的自毒作用

摘    要:在人工气候箱中模拟野外种子萌发和生长条件,设定光周期为20 ℃, 16 h,暗周期为15 ℃, 8 h,对天山云杉不同浓度针叶水浸提取液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:天山云杉针叶水浸提取液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长存在自毒作用.在浓度较低时,自毒作用主要表现为对种子萌发的延迟;在浓度较高时,自毒作用主要表现为对种子萌发的强烈抑制,并且随着浓度的增大抑制作用逐渐增强.当提取液浓度达到0.100 g/mL(1 g/mL为1 mL水溶液中含有1 g针叶干物质的提取物,下同)时,对种子萌发的抑制作用达到极显著水平(P<0.01),抑制率达到31.3%;当提取液浓度达到0.050 g/mL时,对幼苗胚根、胚芽伸长的抑制作用达到极显著水平(P<0.01),抑制率分别达到44.0%和27.8%.

Abstract:The study about effects of the different concentration aqueous extracts from the needles of Picea schrenkiana on its seed germination and seedling growth was experimented in the climatic cabinet on the premise of simulating the circumstance of field.At the same time,photoperiod was 20 degrees centigrade,16 hours and dark cycle was 15 degrees centigrade,8 hours.The results showed that the aqueous extracts from the needles of Picea schrenkiana had autotoxicity on seed germination and seedling growth of Picea schrenkiana.In bioassay,seed germination was significantly delayed using lower concentration aqueous extracts,and seed germination was significantly restrained using higher concentration aqueous extracts.And the higher the concentration was,the more significant the inhibition was.The seed germination was markedly inhibited(P<0.01)when the concentration of aqueous was 0.100 gDW/mL,and the inhibition rate of seed germination is up to 31.3%.Under the same experimental condition,the seedling growth was markedly inhibited(P<0.01),and the inhibition rate of root length and shoot length were 44.0% and 27.8% respectively when the concentration of aqueous was 0.050 gDW/mL.
