郁金颗粒剂制备工艺研究

研究了郁金颗粒所需中药提取物与辅料的比例,黏合剂的使用浓度和用量,通过对颗粒的色泽、过筛率、成品率等进行考察,结果表明郁金颗粒剂的原辅料（提取物、糊精、蔗糖）的最佳比例为1∶0.5∶1,酒精的最佳浓度为75%,使用量8 mL,烘干温度为55～60℃,时间2 h。制备出的郁金颗粒剂色泽均匀,颗粒蓬松,易于溶解,颗粒的流动性好,颗粒干燥度高,粒度为8.96%,符合兽药典规定。粒度、水分、吸湿性、临界相对湿度等的测定结果表明,研制出的郁金颗粒制备工艺能够满足兽药生产企业进行该制剂的规模化生产。

Study on The Preparation Technology of Turmeric Granules

This study investigated the proportion of the particle turmeric extract and auxiliary materials required for traditional Chinese medicine,and the concentration and amount of adhesive that used.By inspecting the color of the particles,sieving rate,finished product rate,results were get that turmeric granules in the best raw materials ratio was 1∶0.5∶1;the best concentration of alcohol was 75%,and its usage was 8 mL;the drying temperature was 55～60 ℃ with time of 2 h.By this preparation technology,the produced particles were uniform color,fluffy and easy to dissolve.Turmeric granules were good mobility of particles with high grain drying and particle size of 8.96%.All of these met the Veterinary Pharmacopoeia requirements.Results of testing particle size,moisture content,moisture absorption,critical relative humidity showed that the developed preparation technology could be used in large-scale production of the preparation.
