摘    要:一个与甘蓝显性雄性不育基因连锁的RAPD标记OTII900被转化为显性的SCAR(Sequence Characterized Amplified Region) 标记STII900,它可用于甘薯显性雄性不育基因转育辅助选择。

Abstract:A RAPD marker OT11 900 linked to a dominant male sterility gene in cabbage was converted to a SCAR(Sequence Characterized Amplified Region)marker ST11 900 .The new marker was proved to be useful in molecular marker assisted selection of dominant male sterility selection in cabbage breeding.
