高粱花粉对玉米受体的诱导效应

摘    要:利用晋粱5号等高粱混合花粉对农大60、晋单21号等13个玉米受体进行了花期授粉诱导处理。结果表明,诱导玉米当代结实穗率较高,平均为67.2%,变幅为33.3%~100%;结实粒数较低,平均为3.6,变幅为1~6。诱导玉米一代株间性状差异明显,有超自交分离的突变类型,经自交后,诱导玉米二代株间性状趋于整齐一致。

Abstract:Jinliang 5 and the others were used to conduct pollination induction at flowering stage for Nongda 60 and Jiandan 21 etc.The induced maize showed higher fruiting capability of mean 67.2% with an increase from 33% to 100%;lower seed number of mean 3.6 with a variance from 1 to 6;and the induced F_1 maize showed significant difference between individual plants and appeared mutation of super self-seeding seperation.After self seeding,the F_2 plants showed even and stable traits between plant individuals.
