摘    要:以茶树菇和香菇为试验材料.在培养基中添加不同浓度的硫酸亚铁(FeSO<,4>·7H<,2>O)溶液,经液体摇床发酵后,测定菌丝体的产量(干质量)和铁含量.试验结果表明,一定浓度范围内,铁在香菇和茶树菇菌丝体中均有较强的富集能力,茶树菇的富铁效果优于香菇.其中以铁浓度为4.48 mg/L时茶树菇的富铁效果最佳,富铁率可达...

Abstract:Use Agrocybe aegerila and Mushroom as experimental material,adding different concentration of FeSO4·7H2O into medium,after ferment in shaking table,testing the yield(dry weight) and Fe content of mycelium.The results showed that in certain concentration range,Fe had strong accumulation ability in both of mushroom and A.aegerila.When the concentration of Fe was 4.48 mg/L,the ratio of Fe rich was 44.43%,and the yield of myceliaum(dry weight) was 0.143 g;when the concentration of Fe was 6.72 mg/L,the effect of Fe-rich in mushroom was the best,the ratio of Fe rich was 35.29%,the yield of myceliaum(dry weight) was 0.079 g.
